Email Cheat Sheet

We have a pile of different email addresses at ChDp. This will help make sense of it all.

Employee Emails

These are actual accounts. These accounts are owned by the people named and not part of Odoo.

System Accounts

Bills for the Company

vendor-bills@chdp.ventures

Any invoices the company needs to pay, that are made out to ChDp Ventures should be scanned / photographed and emailed to this address.

Employee Expenses

expenses@chdp.ventures

For any personal expenses such as meals, entertainment of customers, or small parts and supplies purchased on the road. Anything sent into this account will be sorted by employee, and then added to payroll.

Sales Inquiries

sales@chdp.ca / sales@chdp.ventures

Sales inquiries need to go to these emails. This is the published address on business cards, and on the web. For any marketing (Kijiji, FB, Twitter, etc ads) make sure they direct to this account. This pipes them into the CRM.

Customer Support

support@chdp.ca / support@chdp.ventures

This is the published support address. Anything sent to this address goes into the ticketing system. For customers having issues, this is where issues belong (not in sales/CRM). Tickets let us track issues and time spent with each customer.
