Where are you located?
Our main office is located in Muenster, Saskatchewan. We have a franchise office in Camrose, Alberta, as well as installers / support personnel across Saskatchewan.
What are your business hours?
We are open 8-5 Monday-Friday year round; During Seeding and Harvest, we extend our hours to 7 AM to 7 PM 7 days a week. Phone / Text / Email support is available for longer hours as necessary.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, cheque, debit, credit, E-transfer are all available.
Do you stock product?
Yes. Product listed for sale on the website, as well as others are available at both our shop and satellite offices.
Purchasing Online
Is your website secure?
Our website is secured using the latest encryption technology. We do not store any credit card information after the sale is completed. Your personal information (name, address, etc) is stored in a secured database.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes! We love seeing our customers in person. You can pickup your product at our office, or it can be arranged to pick it up at one of our partners' locations as well.
Warranty
What is your warranty on repairs?
Our warranty on repairs is two (2) years from the date of the repair. This includes full coverage for parts and labour. Our warranty guarantees there are no defective parts or defective labour in the repair.
What is your warranty on sales?
Regardless of manufacturer warranty, we warrantee most products we sell for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If a product cannot be guaranteed for that time period, it will be clearly stated.
Repairs
Can I bring a repair?
Most certainly! In many cases, we are able to execute the repair while you wait. This is especially true during the busy seasons. Downtime costs money, and were' here to mitigate that as much as possible.
How long do repairs take?
This is a loaded question. Many items we can repair quickly, and return to the customer within a week. Our service level aims to complete 80% of repairs within 10 days. In odd cases, repairs cannot be completed quickly because of parts availability, diagnostics issues, etc. We can usually let you know in advance if your repair will take longer.
Do you use OEM parts?
We buy our parts from the same suppliers that the original manufacturer did in most cases. Sometimes, newer, better components are available. If that is the case we will always endeavour to use the highest quality component available. In rare cases, with obsolete components we need to turn to second-hand, used, or aftermarket components to complete the repair. We will let you know if that is the case.
How do I pay for a repair?
After the repair is complete, we will phone you for payment details and make arrangements to return the repaired item.
How do you ship repairs?
Completed repairs are usually shipped back using Canada Post, because they service all small communities, rural mailboxes, etc. If you'd like to have it returned with a different method, let our team know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
GPS Systems Sales
If I buy a system, will you install it?
Yes! We offer full installation and training services. Depending on the product, this is included in the price or available at reasonable extra cost. Contact our team for more details. We believe service is the most important part of any business and want to make sure you're happy.
What do I do if I have issues?
Our owner's favorite saying: "Don't get mad, just pickup the phone!" If you have issues, call us; we will help you through them, come out for a onsite visit, or replace any faulty parts as necessary to get you going.
